Pushup Habit (“the App”) is designed with your privacy as a top priority. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how it is protected.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Workout Data

The App stores the following workout-related data only on your device:

• Pushup count
• Workout date, time, and duration
• Daily goal settings
• Streak records

1.2 Camera (TrueDepth Camera) Usage

The App uses Apple’s TrueDepth camera (Face ID camera) to measure only the distance between your face and the device. This enables automatic counting of pushups.

Important:

• We never record, save, or store any facial images or video.
• We do not access facial feature data (such as Face ID data).
• Only distance values are processed in real-time and immediately discarded after processing.
• No data from the camera is transmitted to external servers.

1.3 Personal Information

The App does not collect any personal information, including:

• Name, email address, or phone number
• Location data
• Device identifiers (IDFA, etc.)
• Usage analytics data

2. Data Storage

All data is stored exclusively in local storage (SQLite database) on your device. No data is transmitted to cloud servers.

3. Third-Party Sharing

The App does not provide, sell, or share user data with any third parties.

4. Advertising & Tracking

The App contains no advertising SDKs, tracking tools, or analytics tools.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete all stored workout data from “Settings” → “Data Management” → “Reset All Data” within the App. Uninstalling the App will also completely delete all data.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify you within the App.
